TV SETUP GUIDE

When you join FLY LDN Online, you can take on-demand sessions or join live classes from wherever you may be. To upgrade your workouts, we recommend linking your device to your TV so you can follow along on the big screen and turn your space into the ultimate exercise area!

To connect your phone or laptop to your TV, we've put together a few different ways to get connected that are pretty easy to set up – check them out below:

HOW TO CONNECT YOUR LAPTOP TO YOUR TV

    HDMI cable

      If your TV and laptop both have HDMI ports you can mirror your laptop on the TV using an HDMI cable

    VGA cable

      If your TV or laptop does not have an HDMI port you can use a VGA cable and a 3.5mm audio lead

    Chromecast

      Cast your laptop screen directly from your Chrome browser

HOW TO CONNECT YOUR PHONE TO YOUR TV

    USB cable - iPhone and Android

      TVs with USB ports and phones with USB should support mirroring with a USB cable

    AppleTV - iPhone and Android

      You can mirror your phone screen to your Apple TV using Airplay.

    Samsung SmartTV - iPhone and Android

      If you have the Samsung Smartview app installed on your iPhone, you can use this to cast to your Samsung TV.

    LG Smart TV (2019 or newer) - iPhone and Android

      Mirror your screen using Airplay

    iPhone HDMI cable - iPhone

      You can mirror your iOS device to your TV using an iPhone HDMI cable with lightning, USB and HDMI components
